Jay Z affair claims dismissed by blonde beauty alleged to have slept with rapper

The woman accused of having an affair with Jay Z has denied having sex with the rapper.

Stunning reality TV star Casey Cohen is preparing a legal case against the US publications which reportedly made the allegations.

Casey - who starred on Princesses: Long Island - was named in several magazines, all owned by Bauer Media Group according to TMZ, as Jay Z's mistress

A lawyer for the blonde beauty has issued a cease and desist letter stating Casey and Jay Z "have never been in love or intimate".

The legal rep also dismissed the articles as "a foul and phony mistress-rumour", TMZ are reporting.

Casey is demanding the publishing giant issue a public apology to her, Jay Z and his wife Beyonce, as well as removing all content from the web.

Meanwhile, Beyoncé and Jay Z have announced a joint tour for later this year.

The Drunk In Love singer and her rapper husband, who have two-year-old daughter Blue Ivy together, will kick off their On The Run tour on June 25 in Miami.

The 32-year-old star and her husband, 44, have collaborated together on a number of occasions and performed on stage at the Grammy Awards earlier this year.
