First of all I must say this isn't an intentional absence neither was it forced on me. It happened so we can all upgrade.. lets say I was upgrading myself. For those of us that are familiar with any upgrade, sometimes you don't even know how long the upgrade will take, you just click only to discover you have to wait a long period to access your device again. In my own case, it took two days for the upgrade to finish.
I know you want to know what the upgrade was, I owe you my reader the explanation so am going to explain.
I had to move to a new- (now that's clicking"upgrade") apartment and that meant I had to move my Broadband internet along with the rest of my properties. I thought it was going to be as easy as packing my bags, calling a pick up van and moving; tops like 3 hours am done but I was dead wrong. Of all the unforeseen circumstances I encountered, non was more disturbing to the free flow course of this blog than the fact that I had to call the broad band company to dismantle the internet equipments and set it up in the new location and you need a pre-information to fix an appointment. I know someone would say; why didn't you get a modem and subscribe.. answer is simple, I didn't have cash for that.
At the end of the whole show, it took me a two days of completely working round the clock to get myself on track for my normal business and blogging. Hope you bear with me my dear reader, because of you. am here now, its a pity the upgrade took more time than expected... you and I know it happens.
While I was away, a lot has happened in the blogosphere most notably the multiple bomb blasts that tore apart Nigeria for two days, two in Jos, Attack on Borno and a blast in Kano. More than 150 lives lost in two days thanks to Boko Haram. It is disheartening to even think of the sorrow the families of the victims are suffering right now. Students blasted away at their prime in Jos.. May their gentle souls rest in peace.
I pray that someday very soon, the Chibok girls will be found, Bombings will stop and Boko Haram will be a thing of the past. Stay tuned for more Opinionated posts on diverse issues of life. Thanks
