Maira Elizabeth Nari, who lost her father in the MH370 tragedy, has received a signed jersey from Liverpool football club, which was signed by manager Brendan Rodgers and all the players.
The jersey, which was given to her just before the Reds game versus Manchester City, was a sign of appreciation to the late Maira's father, as the head steward was a big Liverpool fan.
According to Astro Arena, Maira Elizabeth said "I want to frame this jersey. Dad, this is for you and I am sure you are the happiest person on Earth right now."
The jersey was printed with Andrew Nari's name, and numbered with the number one. Maira said she was very thankful to the three Malaysians who went and talked to the manager.
"I am hoping that Liverpool can always stay on top, and hopefully we can win this season for dad, for
us, and for all the fans. Thank you so much, I couldn't ask for more," she added.
Andrew Nari was one of the crew members, who was on board flight MH370, which tragically went missing somewhere in the South Indian Ocean. The search and rescue mission for the jet is still on-going.
