Chris Brown Breaks Down In Court As Judge Pushes Back Trial Until June

It looks like Chris Brown won’t be getting out of jail any time soon. After pushing the singer’s trial back to June 25, a judge has denied Chris’ request to be released from jail to await his trail from home.
Chris Brown is devastated after getting two pieces of very bad news on April 23. First, a judge pushed his Washington, D.C. assault trial — which had been scheduled to begin on April 21 and then rescheduled to start on April 23 — back to June. Then the judge dealt Chris another harsh blow by saying no to his latest bid for freedom.
Chris just can’t catch a break these days! According to a source for HollywoodLife.com, it was learnt that jail had already “broken” the troubled 24-year-old R&B star so we can’t imagine what these unexpected next couple months behind bars will do to him.

Police took Chris — who is charged with punching a man in the face in Washington, D.C. on Oct. 27, 2013 — into custody on April 2 and transported him to D.C. to await his April 21 court date. Now that it’s been delayed, he will return to jail in L.A., TMZ reports.

Chris will have plenty more time to contemplate his past behavior — and his impending fate — now that his trail has been delayed for a second time. Hopefully the third time will be a charm for the singer, who has been behind bars ever since he got kicked out of rehab in March.

Chris Brown Breaks Down In Tears To Karrueche Tran Before Assault Trail
Jail is really doing a number on Chris — but it also seems to be helping him grow emotionally. Chris broke down in tears to his girlfriend Karrueche Tran for the first time ever, confessing that he’s terrified about the prospect of being sentenced to prison for four years.

“Kae couldn’t believe it because he’s rarely ever emotional with her,” a source connected to the couple EXCLUSIVELY revealed. “He told her he’s tired and that he couldn’t sleep and how he doesn’t know if he’ll be able to fall asleep because he’s nervous.”

So what do YOU think? Do you feel sorry for Chris? Do you think he should be released from jail so he can await his trail from the comfort of his own home? Let us know!
