A group of women operating under the aegis of Excellent Capacity Builders Initiative (ECBI) has condemned in strong terms the recent rape of a minor (four-year old girl) by a police officer attached with the Special Task Force (STF) in Barkin Ladi local government area of Plateau State.
This was contained in a press statement made available to newsmen in Jos Monday and jointly signed by the group’s President and PRO, Judith Ogedengbe and Gloria Emmanuel, respectively.
